Technology
ColorJet Printing (CJP) is an advanced full-color 3D printing technology that utilizes inkjet printheads to apply a liquid binding agent onto thin layers of powdered material, such as plaster or starch-based composite. This process builds high-resolution, photo-realistic 3D models layer by layer, directly from digital CAD files. Depending on the printer setup, the output can be either monochrome or multicolour, making it ideal for visual prototyping, product mockups, and presentation-ready models.
CJP stands out for its ability to produce vivid, full-spectrum color prints with intricate textures, fine details, and embedded branding elements such as logos, labels, and text. It’s especially suited for low-cost prototyping, marketing displays, and non-functional concept models where appearance and speed matter more than structural performance.
