Technology
Multijet Fusion (MJF) is a high-speed powder bed fusion 3D printing technology used to produce functional parts with excellent mechanical strength, fine detail accuracy, and smooth surface finish. It uses high-resolution inkjet heads and infrared energy to selectively fuse powder layer by layer, directly from digital CAD files.
This process enables rapid additive manufacturing, perfect for on-demand production, functional prototyping, and low-volume batch manufacturing. MJF creates strong, durable parts with tight dimensional tolerances, complex internal geometries, and lattice structures, suitable for end-use applications.
Compatible with materials like PA 12, PA 11, glass-filled nylon, and flexible TPU, MJF is widely used in automotive, aerospace, medical, consumer electronics, and industrial tooling.
It supports scalable, cost-efficient production with minimal material waste due to effective powder reuse, making it a sustainable 3D printing solution. Post-processing options like dyeing, vapor smoothing, and coating allow aesthetic and functional customization. Ideal for fit verification, functional testing, and direct-use mechanical parts.
